• Grooming a new generations

Well the OOM’s are once again taking a leap into the unknown. After a short discussion with the seniors whom have all given the proposition a thumbs up we are now glad to announce that we are starting a OOM’s “junior” clan…. Whaaa…. what? why? who? when? No please remain calm while I explain.

We have over the last 2 months and actually even before then had so many requests from players whom are under 30 to join the OOM clan. Unfortunately because of our rules this is not allowed but we have come up with the solution. We want to start a under 30’s clan. This clan will have their own tag with the OOM’s doing all the admin for the clan. This would be considered the junior ooms or ooms in training whatever you want to call it. All the rules that apply for the OOM’s will apply for the junior clan all but one; all clan members must be under 30. Once you reach 30 you will become an OOM should you desire to do so or unfortunately move on to greener pastures in the case where you do not want to be an OOM.

So how are we going to do this… well we would require at least one admin for the under 30’s and some members. So those whom are interested in joining please let us know so we can get the ball rolling…
